The greed, hatred, ignorance, arrogance and doubt are shame, just like stinking shit, and if we hang them on our bodies, speak them in our mouths and integrate them into our hearts, of course, it is a shame.
Liking ease and disliking work is the greed for ease and disgust at work. The consequence of greed is that our bodies, speech and minds will become clumsier and clumsier, inflexible. Only when we are extremely afraid of the bad habit of liking ease and disliking work can we protect us from their affecting our good mood, interest and the good state of working. Everyone will admire you if you have developed the good habit of liking searching for problems and resolve them positively. The key point is that we should become extremely afraid of the bad habit of liking ease and disliking work.
Praise our Kind Mentor
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you have repeatedly emphasized the importance of practice-“Study for the purpose of application. You can possess what you have practiced and lack what you have not practiced. Practicing is very important. You can establish what you need and train it at once all the time until you practice enough and master it. Practice makes perfect.”
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you have got rid us of our serious false views- “Do not think of saving your strength. The more we use it, the more we will possess it. Do not think of taking advantage of others. The more you do like this, the less you will get.”
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you have taught us to be established in the Malaya- “Do not care much about everything because all of them are illusory, fleeting just like the passing clouds. Playing our roles is really important. The sentient beings are living in their illusory and false delusions at every moment, so we need not care much about these.”
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you have deeply understood that we have serious afflictions and are complete slaves to them, you have never spoilt us, never nourished our inertia, never condoned our greed, arrogance and evil behaviors, and never let us be buried in tenderness.
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you are versed in making us generate and improve the interest in learning, preaching the same subtle meaning of the Dharma through various things and words.
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you can transfer your roles quickly, perfectly, precisely and without any fault.
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you have always rejoiced in suffering on behalf of others, without asking for anything and showing off.
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you are loyal, honest, sacred and elegant, and have never been ruined by the world, just having purified it quietly.
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you have the quality of keeping your promise- “Once you promise something, you must keep it.”
I praise you endlessly, our Kind Mentor, because you can receive karma freely, fight against it through it and do Buddhist deeds skillfully.
I praise you endlessly ,our Kind Mentor, because you, with pure mind, have explained the Dharma without any greed.
I praise you and are grateful to you because your each act is appropriate to the situation and you, hiding your merits and virtues and accompanying the sentient beings, wake up the dreamers and let them leave the sea of suffering quickly.
