Praise the Kind Mentor

20、I used to have a wrong perception, I thought that when my mentor was good for me, it was when I was happy he had to be happy for me, when I was sad he had to be sad for me, in fact I was wrong. He is the dependent of all sentient beings, and his mind is always on all sentient beings, and he plays his role well at all times, so that all sentient beings will become enlightened, and he gives peace and happiness to everyone.
He is so careful in serving all sentient beings, and he has worked so hard to build a platform for happiness for all of us, but it is often defeated by our inadvertent annoyance. However, he did not have any complaints, and under great pressure, he still actively tried to solve the crisis, accompanied us to tide over the difficulties, and sometimes even pretended to be light-hearted, in the laughing and cursing to relieve everyone’s frustration. The care of the mentor is like the blessing of the moon love samadhi, which is tolerant and gentle, making the body and mind free from fear and attain coolness and peace.
21.Our mentor cultivates yin virtue extensively. Even people who have never met him will naturally have a genuine affection and respect for him, because he has truly benefited all beings. No matter how much pain he endured, our mentor never fooled others into doing something for him. He set an example and warned us: “Bodhisattva practice is to do something for all living beings, not let all beings do something for oneself. One must be sincere and honest, otherwise it will only make people disgusted and destroy fate.
I remember once I asked my mentor, “How can I better help someone who has been very kind to me? My mentor said, “Let’s help her secretly. My mentor’s answer gave me the first time I felt a mysterious reverence for the practice of Yin virtue, and I realized that there could be such a wonderful connection between people.
