Solving confusion from Mentor
Question: Why is it easy to remember the content that I don’t read, but it’s hard to remember the content that I want to memorize deliberately in these two days. I often make mistakes. What is this phenomenon? Is it because I am not respectful of the Dharma?
Answer: No, this is the fruit. It is because you have scolded others too much in the past, and now this kind of retribution has come to you, that is to say, you have picked up this bad point from others and bear it yourself.
Both Devadatta and Ananda gained the dharani teaching that allows them to retain all that they hear. If you get their Dharani teaching, how high your kung fu is now. As a result, you have specially created those bad karma, and now you have fulfilled it. Think about it, how did you scold others in the past? How did you point your finger at others and say something bad about them? If you don’t want to suffer, Wouldn’t there be no fruit? Repent!
I confess my sins and sins in all times and places, and I also confess on behalf of all sentient beings that I have spoken out of turn, calling people “bad memory”, “stupid”, “nonsense”, and “speaking without following the next sentence”. …… I have created an infinite number of evil mouth karma.
I vow that all sentient beings can be like a teacher, like a Buddha, understand cause and effect, and realize that they will become what they say about others. Be able to judge words and sentences, and clean the mouth. Have great joy and confidence, great courage and diligence, not chaotic and single-minded, and become a part of oneself and generate wisdom. Ingeniously fit the foundation of all sentient beings. The perfection of Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Giving boundlessly, rescue and protect all sentient beings actively.
Teachings of the Mentor
I Vow that all of us can be loyal to our fundamental teacher, loyal to our Buddha’s teachings, and practitioners who are loyal to our fundamental teacher’s teachings! Practitioners who will always maintain the original, pure and unadulterated teachings of our teachers, and who will always uphold the original, pure and unadulterated teachings of fundamental teacher!
Those who are dedicated to subdue demons and enlightenment are worthy of being a disciple of the Buddha. I hope that you will soon give expression to this in practice. Those who do not know are the ones who get into affliction, and they are the poor ones! Those who know and still follow the devil are miserable people. It is best to know everything about the devil and not to follow it at all!

The sea of life and death is full of reefs,
I’m sailing against the current in the stormy waves,
But the tempest of affliction is raging,
I’m always in danger of hitting the rocks,
I am grateful to you for your majesty and convenience,
Save me from the danger of Demon Abyss again and again.
I vow to be as true as my mentor’s teachings,
Follow the teacher’s willingness to sail safely,
Denying all that I hold at all times,
Completely accept the mentor’s good command,
To enter the Buddha’s teachings and penetrate the realm of dharma,
I do not see, I do not speak, I do not think of other faults,
I am at ease and peace free from distress.
