1. Slandering a practitioner who carries the Dharma is rejecting the Dharma itself, predestining one’s own spiritual regression.
  2. Only see the supreme merits of sentient beings; do not see their faults.
  3. The mind is the root of all wholesome and unwholesome dharmas.
  4. Vain pride is not as precious as one’s own spiritual wisdom life.
  5. When you are humble, the merits of others will naturally flow into your mind like water flowing to the lowest point.
  6. Violating rules is a transgression; making excuses is compounding one crime with another.
