誓愿；为救拔苦难众生而速证无上正等菩提，分担诸佛陪伴度化之重任。
Vow:
In order to rescue beings in suffering, we vow to swiftly attain the highest, complete enlightenment, so that we could share the collective responsibility with all buddhas to accompany, lead and inspire sentient beings.
祈求；本师、药师一切诸佛所有愿力的加持，救拔如老象陷淤泥的我，出三障淤泥、至佛果彼岸，具足本师、药师诸功德，手到病除灭三障一切众患、圆满安立修学的一切资粮。
Prayer:
We pray that the powers originated from all buddhas’ original vows will be upon us, to save us, like old elephants trapped in mud, from the mud of the Three Hindrance to reach the shore of Buddhahood. Additionally, may we bestowed with all the merits from the fundamental teacher Shakyamuni Buddha and Medicine Buddha: by a touch of my hand, all the sufferings caused by the Three Hindrances will be eliminated and then we can perfectly establish all the foundations for our study and practice.
奉请；本师、药师为证明，五浊恶世誓先入平等救拔。令其身心洁净具六度能力，渐令修习诸菩萨行，速证无上正等菩提。
Invocation:
We invoke Shakyamuni Buddha and the Medicine Buddha to witness our vow to enter the impure world first to equally rescue beings:
to make their minds and bodies pure and to let them possess the Six Perfections, gradually to guide them to Cultivate the Bodhisattva Practice, and swiftly attain the Highest Complete Enlightenment.
